With the participation of students from the final years of the Schools San Bartolomé; Daniel Jordán; Jaime Garzón; Marco Fidel Suárez; Andino Bilingüe; Santo Ángel; Bilingüe Londres and the Colegio Ebenezer we started English Week 2017, an activity organized by The Office of International Relations of the Unviersidad Libre with the collaboration of British English Institute (BEI).
Throughout the session, which was full with dance, musical presentation and theatre the student´s command of the English language was evident for all to see. Our very own Unilibristas proved to meet these high standards as they presented this unique English Event.
During these four days, from the 27th to the 30th March, different activities will be developed in order to strengthen the bilingualism throughout our entire university community, bearing in mind that to speak, read and write English is fundamental for the development of excellent professionals. Likewise, we are looking to promote associations and agreements that will allow students to benefit from different opportunities that there are abroad.

Con la participación de los estudiantes de noveno, décimo y undécimo de los colegios San Bartolomé; Daniel Jordán; Jaime Garzón; Marco Fidel Suárez; Andino Bilingüe; Santo Ángel; Bilingüe Londres y el Colegio Ebenezer, se dio inicio a la English Week 2017, actividad organizada por la Oficina de Relaciones Interinstitucionales –ORI de la Universidad Libre en alianza con el British English Institute (BEI).
Durante toda la jornada, que estuvo cargada de bailes, presentaciones musicales y teatrales se evidenció el gran dominio del segundo idioma por parte de los estudiantes de los diferentes colegios, como también, el de los Unilibristas que fueron los encargados de realizar la presentación del evento en inglés.
Durante cuatro días, del 27 al 30 de marzo, se estarán desarrollando diferentes actividades con el objetivo de fortalecer el bilingüismo en toda la comunidad universitaria, teniendo presente que el hablar, leer y escribir en inglés es fundamental para la formación de excelentes profesionales. Así mismo, se busca promover alianzas y convenios para que los estudiantes se beneficien de las diferentes oportunidades que hay de estudiar en el exterior.

Colegios de Cúcuta (Primaria, cuarto (4to) y quinto (5to) año)

- Miércoles 29 de marzo:
-Feria del Inglés
Las diferentes instituciones reconocidas en la región estarán exponiendo las oportunidades de cursos, exámenes, becas, inmersiones e intercambios para países de habla inglesa.
Hora: 7:00 a 12:00 m.
Lugar: Pasillos externos a los auditorios.
-Conferencia IMUN STEM con Guy Djoken CEO UNESCO
Hora: 8:00 a.m.
Lugar: Aula Máxima.
-Conferencia Exposiciones de diferentes oportunidades en el exterior (cursos en inglés, inmersiones, entre otros)
Hora: 10:00 a 12:00 m.

-Conferencia: "The limits of my language are the limits of my world" con Guy Djoken CEO UNESCO
